Technical jobs [Drilling, Machinery, Electricity, Barge & Engines]

Recruitment qualifications

  1. Graduated from domestic and international technical colleges and four-year universities. Those who have completed graduate school (master's course, doctoral course)

  2. Those who are expected to graduate from a major in a technical college or four-year university in Japan or overseas, or who are expected to complete a graduate school (master's or doctoral course)

  3. Those who can work in domestic and overseas locations

Selection criteria

[Drilling]

  • Faculties, departments, and majors do not matter as long as you are in science.

  • Multinational people or those interested in working in a different culture

  • Those who intend to work overseas

  • Those who are comfortable communicating in English(In case of mid-career recruitment)

[Barge]

  • It is preferable to major in "Maritime department'' or "Navigation department'' at a university or merchant marine college.

  • Depending on where you are assigned, you may not be able to record your boarding history, but those who can accept this.

  • Those who are interested in working with multinational people (or different cultures)

  • Those who intend to work overseas

  • Those who are comfortable communicating in English (for mid-career hires)

[Engine]

  • Those who majored in the "Marine engineering course" at a university, merchant marine technical college, etc.

  • Multinational people or those interested in working in a different culture

  • Those who intend to work overseas

  • Those who are comfortable communicating in English (for mid-career hires)

  • It is desirable to be able to negotiate with foreign manufacturers regarding repairs, etc. in English (for mid-career hires)

 

[Mechanic]

  • Those who majored in a mechanical department/department

  • Multinational people or those interested in working in a different culture

  • Those who intend to work overseas

  • Those who are comfortable communicating in English (for mid-career hires)

  • It is desirable to have experience in maintaining large machines and equipment in plants, etc. (for mid-career hires)

  • Preferably someone involved in ship manufacturing/outfitting (for mid-career hires)

 

【Electrician】

  • Those who majored in electrical/electronic departments/faculties

  • Those who intend to work overseas

  • It is desirable to have experience in maintaining electrical equipment in plants and buildings (for mid-career hires)

  • Those who are comfortable communicating in English (for mid-career hires)

Salary

Technical college/Graduate (Rig worker):  279,600 yen ~

Salary increase/bonus

Once a year / Twice a year
