New Drilling Contract for “HAKURYU-10” (Japan)

Japan Drilling (Netherlands) B.V., a subsidiary of our company, has entered into a drilling contract for the provision of the jack-up rig "HAKURYU-10" with Metropolitan CCS, Ltd., a joint venture between INPEX CORPORATION and Kanto Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd.,. on the following terms.

The main terms of the drilling contract are as follows:

1. Operating Area:                                     Offshore Kujukuri, Japan

2. Contract Period:                                    From July 2026 to January 2027 (planned)days

3. Estimated Commencement:                6^th July 2026
